TIME
It marches on. It’s on our side. It flies. It even heals old wounds. Versatile little bugger, and we can never have enough of it. We mustn’t waste it, and it’s something we should give to someone when waiting for forgiveness.
Benjamin Franklin once said, “Time lost is never found again.” So take heed.
It’s precious. It’s fleeting, and it’s even said that time is money. (also our buddy, Ben) Well, then. Why not dedicate a post to it.
Today I purposely made a trip to Target, T.J. Max, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond to capture a few moments in time. I thought these clocks were just plain fun.
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.” Steve Jobs

Dear Bliary? LOVE that!!!
THANKS, Tina! 😀
I really like this post. It’s interesting that you’ve posted shop clocks because I was shopping this morning thinking about the ‘time’ challenge and looking at all the different styles of clocks there are to buy. Cool comment about forgiveness.
Thanks, Trish. It was the first idea I had so I went with it. 😉
I love the clocks posted,:-)
Thank you, matron. 🙂
Excellent shopping finds. I especially like the dinner plate clock next to the owl. And Ben Franklin’s words. He was apparently pretty smart…. As always 10:10 is the most popular time shown. #birthtime!
I wonder why that is. I didn’t set that up, you know. (I should have, though.)
😉
Great quotes and great photos – I love the close-up of the clock workings 🙂
That’s my favorite – the workings. Thanks for the comment, Sas. 🙂
“Never have enough of it” <<<<<< that's for sure!!!
‘Nough said! 😉
Love these clocks! The one of the chef would be perfect for a kitchen 🙂
Yes. And the one that looks like a plate,, but it has no numbers. I know where they go, but it’s a little disconcerting. 🙂
love the clocks, especially the one that sort of matches your pottery 🙂
😉 thanks!

Some day I will fill a wall with all kinds of clocks. I think that would be such a fun was to decorate a kitchen. I have to get the hubs to buy into that one.
Fabulous clocks. These are way cool!!
I was out today and saw a few more. It seems every where you go you think “POST”! Thanks for visiting and commenting, Cee.

“It marches on. It’s on our side. It flies. It even heals old wounds…” So true. Love the different kinds of clocks. Time is gold as what my elementary teacher used to say. Wow, still remembered it!

A rewrite of a Baz Luhrmann line:
“Don’t waste other people’s time, and don’t put up with other’s wasting yours.”
Never heard it. Won’t forget it.
