TUESDAY’S A-Z CHALLENGE – “D”

After the week we’ve had here, nothing would make me happier than to be sitting on one of these, iced tea in one hand, a good book in the other.  Come ooooooon summer!

“D” is for DECK

Our little deck at our little house at the Jersey Shore.

Our deck here at home.

Either will do nicely.

  1. Such a beautiful deck Gemma. It looks like you can’t do some ‘sun tanning’ there unfortunately *grin* Don’t worry, the same here. Damn people. Always some around when you need privacy. LOL!
    Great shot hon! *hugs*

  2. I can so identify with all the yearnings for summer, but please don’t wish it back too quickly!! 🙂
We are enjoying every moment down south – it is invariably over all too soon, and the cold weather is back!

    • Here it is ridiculous, madoqua. My son, south of us in Georgia, had 70 degree weather on Monday and 29 today! That can’t be healthy. We are having some swings too. 48 degrees Monday, 13 today!!!!
Thanks for the visit, and the advice. I won’t wish a precious moment away. 😉

      • It is a worry when the weather is so unpredictable, I agree. But it makes life rather interesting too!
I was only joking about the changing seasons, they are what they are – and I spend all my winters yearning for summer too 🙂

  3. Love those blue relaxing chairs Gemma ! I can see why you are longing for those days o come … I like the sound of an extra ‘thing’ on the deck there 😉
