So glad you stopped by…
I know I haven’t done 47 weeks of windows – I wish I had – it’s just that there are all these interesting blogs and I insist on reading them. I feel like, well, I want to do both. Read and post. I’ve never been a fast reader, and I’ve always got something to comment on (can you say Downfall?) So I do more reading and commenting than posting. But that’s OK, I suppose. I’m enjoying myself, either way. You guys are all just too dang good! That’s the problem! (Notice how I kind of put the blame on you.)
But Christmas makes for some good windows, so I thought I’d try to get it together and show you a few of ours.
HAVE A HOLLY JOLLY HOLIDAY, ALL.
OK. That last one has a kind of door/window thing going on, but I like the color.
To all, have a safe, peace-filled holiday season, from our home to yours.

Shop window at Peddler’s Village, Lahaska, PA
Now get over to Dawn’s and look through any window. 🙂 Click here…
A road trip to Peddler’s Village in PA last week, landed us in the middle of a winter wonderland. The only problem was, we got there a little too early, and the Christmas decor was a little on the dull side. This is what we saw when we approached an arch that lead from one side of the Village to another.
Not horrible, but not very Christmas-y.
So we walked, and we shopped, and we walked some more. We stopped for a great cup of coffee and a blueberry scone and then we walked more – a lot more. And lo and behold, as the darkness started to settle in, the light bulb – or in this case bulbs – went on and Christmas was finally and undoubtedly in the air.

A quick peek at Lahaska, PA’s Peddler’s Village for Thursday’s lingering look at windows on a cool fall-like Saturday.
And on the way out of Lahaska, breezing passed New Hope, and cutting through Lambertville, one more window before home…
Please stop by Dawn’s blog – lingeringvisions – You don’t know how pretty windows can be til you’ve seen some of these.
