SHARE YOUR WORLD – WEEK 48

BACK TO SHARE…

What are your favorite toppings on pizza?

No toppings, please.  Just plain and extremely hot!  I am such a pizza freak. I buy it and freeze it and it’s ALWAYS on hand!  A friend of mine turned me on to these pizza bags. Now life is perfect!

I want to learn more about …

…how to worry less.  Meditation? Exercise? Positive Thinking? Mind Control? Hypnosis? Ahhhhhh! I’m worried I’ll never get it!

What are three places you’ve enjoyed visiting?

Charleston, SC. Nashville, TN. San Fransico, CA.

Do you prefer eating the frosting of the cake or the cupcake first?

I’m not a big fan of cakes and frosting.  I prefer snacking on chips and dip, cheese and crackers, dry Cheerios, and PIZZA!   All of these include a glass of wine.  Yes. Even the Cheerios.  😉

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week,  mom feeling way better and actually sitting up long enough for me to whoop her at cards. 😉 and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?  Putting up and decorating the tree with Jeff home from work – hopefully. 😍

This challenge is hosted by and linked to Cee’s blog.

SUNDAY POST – DELICIOUS

This was way too easy.  At present, I am dieting (this is an on again, off again thing with me).  But I am not depriving myself of things I love. I am just consuming them, as mom would say, in moderation.  So I made this delicious Naan bread pizza that I found in a magazine, and this yummy delish salad that I saw at a salad bar.  And here you have it.  Delicious.
It started with sauted spinach and mushrooms, cooked in a garlic basting oil…

I whipped up a little home made sauce, spread that on the Naan bread – which is something new to me – tossed the spinach and mushroom over it, and topped it with fresh mozzarella.  A little sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then into the oven at 425 degrees.

The salad is simple.  Romaine hearts, cut length-wise and then use your imagination.  Olives, feta, tomatoes, roasted peppers, peppers – you decide.  I like a fig balsamic vinegar drizzled on top, but that is also your call.

After about 15 long, L-o-n-g minutes, voila!

Delicious!

Oh!  Don’t forget the Yuengling – your choice, of course :-).  That’s not part of the diet, but, everything in moderation :-D.
